My most “experienced” student Sid Hill achieved a Grade 5 on Acoustic Guitar at a mere 74 years of age…..

At the other end of the age spectrum, after releasing his first single earlier this year, Harry Downworth achieved a Distinction at Grade 2 Acoustic at just 9 years of age!!!!….

Jamie Davies entered his first guitar exam at 11 years of age and achieved a Distinction at Grade 3 Electric Guitar……

Ryan Jackson Grade 3 Electric Guitar with Distinction at 11 years of age…

Patrick Graham Grade 3 Electric Guitar with Merit at 11 years of age….

Michael Eastham Distinction at Grade 1 Electric Guitar aged 12….

Sam Dembowicz achieved a Merit at Grade 6 Electric Guitar aged 17….

18 year old Zach Newnham has just finished his A levels and is eagerly awaiting his results, I hope they are as good as the Distinction he has just achieved at Grade 7 Bass Guitar!!!…

Dave Ellison achieved a Merit at Grade 4 Electric Guitar……and celebrated with the purchase of a new Epiphone Les Paul Black Beauty!!!….

Finally, special congratulations go to Neil Dawes who surprised his new wife Penny by playing “Wonderful Tonight” on his guitar at their wedding reception today…..

 

only to be surprised himself by his best man presenting Neil with his certificate for a Distinction at Grade 3 Electric Guitar!!!…..
